That was all for my 1-week fasting. 1 week is 168 hours, but I didn't drink anything other than water until about 175 hours, and I finally didn't eat anything until the 200th hour. I lost about 7 kg-s in one week. Little did I know then that in 2 years time I would be going to the Cambodian countryside to spend 3 months volunteering there - in not the worst, but still pretty poor circumstances - where I lost about 15 kg in 3 months, and I was craving a normal diet much more in the end, than at the end of the 1-week fasting. That was a surprise to me.
Thanks for following! Hope you enjoyed! Next time you're crazy hungry and haven't eaten for 8 hours, just think how good it is that you don't need to wait 192 hours more until you have your next meal ;)
